The main concern for us was how to provide outdoor private spaces for the housing units and the hotel integrated with the teeming urban life that the retail shops would tease. The solution was to create a shape that differentiate the street front with such restless activity from the rear with spaces for family activity and at the same time keep this spaces integrated. This objective was the main reason for the proposed shape of the building
